What a nightmare we were having trying to retrieve dad's Spanish passport from Liverpool Passport Office!  After failed attempts, someone put us in touch with Irim and assured us she will be able to help us - and she did!  She was right that they had lost the passport hence the delays and no answers! Irim managed to get dad a 12 month British Passport within 24 hours and dad was able to fly to Pakistan in his emergency - have recommended another case to her since knowing she provides world class service to her clients.
